High-resolution chemiluminescence imaging system Gene Gnome
Gene Gnome is a dedicated chemiluminescence automatic imaging system that combines high sensitivity and simplicity.
Using high-speed image capture software, automatic capture of single images, continuous capture, or manual capture is performed to generate one or a series of images. The process from shooting to data acquisition is automated, eliminating the need for tedious focus adjustments. Image acquisition software and one-click analysis software are included. It has a built-in white light source, allowing for the creation of a single image that combines visible light images such as molecular weight markers and chemiluminescent images (chemiluminescence imaging). High sensitivity: A cooled CCD camera with a quantum efficiency of 73% reduces background noise. The dynamic range is more than twice that of film, making it easy to detect proteins at the femtogram level. Simple: Just input the blot type, and the capture of chemiluminescence images and data acquisition are automated. The automatic slide-out drawer makes handling samples easy. The lens has a fixed aperture and fixed focus, allowing images to be captured with just a click of the mouse button. Compact: It has a very small footprint, saving valuable space. With a built-in white LED, it can easily create images that overlay chemiluminescent images and visible light images such as molecular weight markers, all in one unit.
